Lashuntas are a telepathic species from the planet Castrovel, known for their intellect, beauty, and innate psychic abilities. During puberty, lashuntas undergo a biological differentiation into one of two subspecies: the tall, muscular Korasha or the slender, cerebral Damaya. This choice is influenced by cultural and environmental factors, making lashuntas remarkably adaptable as a species.

Lashuntas are attractive humanoids with small antennae on their foreheads that serve as psychic focal points. Korasha are tall and muscular, while Damaya are slender and graceful.

Lashunta society values education, art, and diplomacy. Their cities on Castrovel are centers of learning and culture, and many lashuntas serve as ambassadors and scholars throughout the Pact Worlds.
